 We encourage a serene atmosphere while you journey through the spa. In respectful consideration for all guests we ask that you turn off all cellular phones and speak softly in quiet areas of the spa. In addition the spa is a non-smoking facility both indoors and outdoors. Arrival Time We recommend that you arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow enough time to relax and enjoy our spa facilities. Late Arrivals All spa treatments will end on time in consideration for the next scheduled guest. Age Requirement We welcome guests 16 years of age or older to enjoy all of our spa services. Health Concerns Please advise us if you have any medical conditions so we can better guide you. If you have high blood pressure, allergies or other physical ailments or a disability, or if you are pregnant, be sure to tell us when making your spa appointment. Service Charge A 20% service charge will be automatically added to all services. Cancellation Policy Please reschedule or cancel your reservation at least six hours prior to your appointment time so we can provide our guests with the best possible service. Reservations not rescheduled or cancelled within four hours will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price. Spa Reservations We highly recommend making a reservation in advance.
