Adventure enthusiasts and those who are adventurous-at-heart will equally enjoy the new Kapalua Adventures Mountain Outpost. Situated at the foot of Pu‘u Kukui, West Maui's highest peak, the Outpost features a 3,000 square-foot pavilion and observation deck, suspension bridge over natural ravines, a four-station climbing tower, high ropes challenge course and seven dual-track ziplines spanning nearly two miles in length.
Kapalua Resort's three white sand beaches and pristine waters teeming with tropical marine life are favored by everyone from avid sun worshippers to water sports enthusiasts. Chances are you may be snorkeling alongside a Hawaiian green sea turtle, watching the spouts of Humpback whales frolicking in the channel, or catching a glimpse of a Hawaiian monk seal basking on the warm sand. The planned Kapalua Coastal Trail will soon connect 3.5 miles of shoreline from award-winning Kapalua Bay to world-famous Honolua Bay.
